About

Hi, I’m Tamara, and I spend most of my time these days at university in Ontario.

I’ll put more stuff here eventually, but in the meantime, you can leave satisfied with these facts about me:

- I do not cook with salt.

- My answer to a ‘yes or no’ question is likely to be “yes, no, yes and no, and neither”.

- Whenever I feel down, I read “Trusting Soul” by Brian Andreas.

- My current obsessions are DSLR photography, collages, jQuery, and scarves.

Things I try to live by:

> “Smile from the heart.” – Grandmaster Wong Kiew Kit

> “There is nothing either good or bad, but thinking makes it so.” – Shakespeare

>  If it’s not worth complaining about, there’s no point in complaining.

>  Life’s too short to sweat about small stuff, but when you’re not sweating about it, the small things can be amazing.

>  ”Less TV, more reading
less shopping, more outdoors
less clutter, more space
less rush, more slowness
less consuming, more creating
less junk, more real food
less busywork, more impact
less driving, more walking
less noise, more solitude
less focus on the future, more on the present
less work, more play
less worry, more smiles
breathe.”

Oh, and check out my portfolio site, if you wish.

  1. You don’t cook with salt?!?!

*shuns* How can you have a salt-loving friend and not cook with NaCl? XD

  2. I’ve seen you put salt on your food, and frankly I’m surprised you can still taste the food under all of that salt. Might as well just eat everything raw XP. I seem to have a sensitivity to salt, so the natural saltiness of food without any added is more than enough for me.

  3. Found out my mom doesn’t cook with salt either. She figures we’ll add it anyway. XD
And I seem to have a sensitivity to spice…
