So today is Thursday. I have officially survived three lunches of Jugo Juice and salad. I may actually end up having to repeat the experiment next week, just because the constants didn’t stay constant, and because I ended up eating unhealthy dinners which probably just cancelled out my lunches’ benefits. Might have to set a few more ground rules next time.
As to the food/drink itself, it has been generally good with one exception– yesterday I had a ‘Berry Binge’ for lunch, which my stomach really did not like for some reason. Needless to say, I will not be having that one again. The day before was fine, though (‘Righteous Red’). I think today I’ll try a ‘Skinny Peach’ with an extra protein shot… I’m a bit off berries

Could really use the healthy food today especially, since there was a Stampede breakfast this morning at Western Canadian Place. Stuffed myself with pancakes, ham, eggs, and sausages. SO good, but so greasy! At least I only do that once a year… but of course it was in the middle of my “diet” week
. Maybe I’ll get a Wheatgrass shot as well to clear out my system…
